I downloaded the app on another phone but it will not connect to CloudPets?

You need to ensure you are logged into the account that was used to set up the toy. The CloudPet can only connect to one device at a time.

    I changed phone and I cannot log in my account. I tried also to try to reset the password but it says that there is an error
