Why does my phone not connect to my toy?

Ensure you have downloaded the APP and that your Bluetooth is turned on in the settings menu. You then need to turn on the APP and create an account. Once an account is created you will be sent an email verification. Ensure your email is verified. Once you verify you can login and finish the set up process. Try sending a demo message to the toy.


If you still have trouble connecting, you can restart the connection process by holding both of your CloudPets paws together and squeezing both buttons, while turning the device off, then back on. You should then be able to restart the device setup process.

    I've already tried resetting with the paws.it won't connect with my Bluetooth. Please help

    I've tried it all and it won't connect! It just keeps searching but there's no way to "reconnect". I've reset it, but when I log in again, there is no prompt to reconnect. It just looks like it's searching but nothing happens. Please help!

    The Bluetooth connection process with this thing stinks. I've tried 0000 and 1234 and neither works. I've tried reset after reset and still no joy. A little longer and then I'm throwing in the towel.

    I'm having trouble setting up a profile. I get a message that says that profile already exists - what do I do? I have 4 cloud pets and, if I can't get 1 set up, I'll take them all back to the store. Looks like there are lots of problems.

    I'm having the same problem I can't get it to reconnect like I had the first time for a day it's asking me for a pin number on my phone 1234 or 0000 and neither works please help!!

    (Continued from above)..I called more then once and got the same reply so idk what to do now. I can't take it away from my toddler it's a very loved teddy bear now. But he was really excited and happy to play the messages and hear teddy sound like mommy and sing to him so I'm very upset!!! I removed the cheap batteries and replaced them with high end rechargeable batteries I had and did the reset procedure and it seemed to work for a little while but then it shortly stopped all over again and now it won't do anything short of the light on his chest staying lit for awhile. I can't express how pissed and sad I am for my baby. If anyone figured out how to fix this.PLEASE POST HERE THANKS

    this is the worst im having one thing after another first email then password the tablet and my phone then it started work more I had a home screen and all now a message but it wont connect to the bluthuth

    very upset my daught Is so upset with her xmas gift

    You have to connect your bluetooth via the app NOT your phone.

    I got mine to work :) my son loves it .. it did take a bit to figure it out .. make sure the wifi is on on your phone then I held the blue wifi button in while it was searching then it connected and no problems so far :) if any questions just ask me
