I set-up my CloudPet but why can't I send a message?

You need to ensure you go through the entire set-up process including a verification of your email account. We verify email accounts so we can ensure an adult manages a child's communication and friending. Email verification enables us to verify a parent. Due to spam filters settings in your email check spam folders or trash.

    I have been requesting an e-mail verification for over 12 hours and still have not received a response in my e-mail box, spam folder, or trash. My son keeps asking me why his pet won't work and I'm helpless to fix it.

    I did all of that and still cant sent a message.  I'm an told my pet is not connected.  What can I do to reconnect it?

    The app isn't sending messages. Keeps coming up with error. Any fixes?
