I set up my account on line.  Now when I try to log in to my account on my smart phone it won't let me..keeps saying wrong email address or password which is not true.  I have entered it several times checking what I am inputting by watching the letters that pop up on password and it am putting it in correctly.  This is so frustrating.

Pamela: Everyone in our family had the same problem. I emailed support and they told me to reinstall the app, but they removed the App from the google play store.  My sister in law found it was still available on the Apple App store.   I paid $4.00 for the app and now it and these stuffed animals are useless.   <:(

I had to delete my "Cloud Pets 2" app and I downloaded the free "Cloud Pets" app version from the Google Play store.  The app works much better and faster, but the games, etc are no longer able to be used unless you pay for the full version!  I didn't get the full $2.99 version since the free one seems to work just fine for the messaging part.  Looks like the games, stories, and sounds part only works with the paid version now!  It also looks like the "Cloud Pets 2" app is now gone from the app store, which is probably why nothing worked on that app recently and I couldn't even log in anymore.  I guess they fixed all the bugs with the new app??  So far anyways.  I just wish the free version let you have access to all of the games, etc, like the Cloud Pets 2 app did...

p.s. I am running Android Version 6.0.1 on my Samsung Galaxy S7
