How do I reset my password?

1. Open the CloudPets App on your mobile device
2. Select "Login"

3. Enter email address and when prompted to enter your password, select "Forgot Password"

4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the process. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must include one number or one symbol.

**NOTE: Please be sure to check your spam folder. The sender is: no-reply@app.cloudpets.com

    Im logged to your website and using your app or tells me I have entered the wrong password. Are you using two diffrent databases to store users accounts? Are they not synchronized?!?

    Please attempt to reinstall the app following the instructions below.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    First, please uninstall the CloudPets App from your device.
    Next, using your device, go to www.mycloudpets.com and download the app from there.
    Then power your device off and back on and retry the process.

    If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us.
