What is the Bluetooth PIN?

If you're being asked to provide a Bluetooth PIN, this could be because you're attempting to connect to your CloudPet through your device's system settings rather than through the app.

Close and reopen the CloudPets app and follow the pairing instructions using only the app.

    I had the same issue. I have a galaxy s5. I had to reset the toy by crossing its hands and pushing the buttons then hitting the off to on switch. Release the hands and hit off then on switch again and should work fine. There is a rest video on the cloud pet troubleshooting page.
